These terms govern use of BorensteinAgent ("the Application"), a private automation tool built and operated by Evan Borenstein.
The Application is not a public or commercial service. It is not offered for use by anyone other than its operator, and no license to use it is granted to the public by the existence of this page.
The Application may be used only by its operator, and only against accounts and data the operator owns or is authorized to access. Any other use is unauthorized.
Use of the Application must comply with the terms of the services it connects to, including the Google Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
How the Application accesses, uses, stores, and deletes data — including data obtained through Google APIs — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The Application is provided on an as-is basis with no guarantee of availability, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. It may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Application, including loss of data, loss of access, or actions taken automatically on a connected account.
Because the Application performs automated actions on connected accounts, the operator is solely responsible for reviewing and supervising its behavior.
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Doing so immediately ends the Application's ability to access the connected account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
